The other day we were in a restaurant and we were all STARVING...and I asked Noah to pray. He bowed his head and prayed his normal prayer "Thank you for this food, Amen." and then he said, "Moma, when I get older, I'll pray longer, but right now I'm too hungry to pray long." =)
This past Sunday it was raining outside, so Noah wore a rain coat with a hood. When he got on the bus coming home from church he pulled his hood down OVER HIS HAIR AND EYES so that no one could see them and comment on his blond hair and blue eyes. Well, one lady came by, lifted up his hood and started exclaiming over him saying that he was as cute as a baby. She walked away and he promptly pulled that hood back over his hair and eyes and stayed that way the rest of the trip. My children were hoping that now that they have a blond haired baby brother, that they wouldn't be noticed so much, but things haven't changed...they still get WAY more attention than they care to have.
Our Sarah is hilarious. She always does Crazy things when she holds Elijah. The other day, I was trying to get supper on the table, so I ask Sarah to hold a fussy Elijah. She did...and she made musical instruments out of him, and Kimberly got these 2 very short videos.
~2 instruments in one.~

I love those instruments!! How neat it is to hear all your children on the computer. I think you kids would probibly get a lot of attention here in the states as well. Maybe not as much as in Columbia since they shine like a bright light in with all the dark haired and dark skin children there. They are all cute as can be.
I love your post!!So cute!
Miss you all
Love

What cute videos of Sarah and Elijah!
That was so cute!! Noah's little laugh in the background is priceless!!! :-)
Love the "missionary's ingenuity for instruments"! ;-) I'll make sure Rob R. checks them out for the church orchestra. Love hearing their giggles, too. :-)
Thanks, Sarah for the nice comment about the song my niece played. She just turned 8 years old and has been playing for about 4 months. I hope that one day we'll be able to hear you play. Keep practicing! :)
I am laughing at baby Elijah's "ho-hum" attitude in the videos... like this is nothing new to him. It looks like they really enjoy their sweet little brother.
So cute! I enjoyed these!
This post is hilarious! Faith thought the guitar idea was funny... I had better keep an eye on Hope! Ha!
That is so funny! Love the pictures!
Heather, your children are Sunbeams to this Grandma's heart! These stories and videos are so much fun to hear about and to watch! I could handle more video clips like these, any day! Love you guys! Mom D
So cute!! We sure missed getting to see you all and your darling kids while you were in the USA!
