~Merry Christmas from our house to your house~

Hello!!!!!  I am so excited to get to blog again and catch you up on all God has been doing in our lives.  We left on Oct. 21st for our missionary deputation out West.

That included visiting or having services in several states like

IL, Mitchell, SD,  and Rapid City, SD,

Montana, and a chapel service at NIBS,

2 services in Yuma, AZ

a missionary service in Phoenix,

and then singing for the Gospel Center Camp...which due to Covid got changed to Gospel Center Revival.

Jesus met with us during those days of Revival and we thoroughly enjoyed being with the Wheelers and our dear people there at Gospel Center.  (That is Phillip's home church where he grew up, and where he pastored for 5 years before God called us to be missionaries.)

We also got to be with Phillip's uncle Mark and aunt Debbie and their family in Las Vegas.

Uncle Mark is very low physically.  Could you please join us in prayer on his behalf?

We also got to spend time with Uncle John and Mrs. Helen in Yarnell, AZ.

And got to be with Aunt Donna, her daughter Carrie and her 2 daughters.

It was so wonderful to get to be with all of Phillip's family that we haven't seen for years!

Maybe in January I can post the fun pics from our missionary deputation trip out West.

But, for now, I will just post a few recent and Christmasy pics!

We drove straight from AZ to IN and arrived at my parent's house on Thanksgiving Eve.  We so enjoyed getting to spend Thanksgiving with my Daddy and Moma, Edgar and Martha Bryan!

As you know we could have lost Daddy this past August / September.   We also got to spend some time with Phillip's parents!  We were glad to get to see both sets of parents again!

~I am so Thankful to still have my Sweet Parents (And Phillip's Sweet Parents) with us!!~

We got home late Friday night, Nov. 27th, after being gone for 37 days!
It was so nice to travel for Jesus for those days, see dear friends and family, and meet new ones, but also so nice to be Home Sweet Home again.

Sarah got her driver's license  on Saturday, Nov. 28th.  It is nice to have another driver in the house. :-)

We unloaded our truck and cargo trailer, and then pulled down the Fall decor, and quickly put up Christmas!

Then we invited Joshua's family over to help Celebrate Sarah's 20th birthday!

On Wednesday, Dec. 9th,  Jesus helped Kimberly to buy her very own cute little car, debt free!

Last Tuesday we invited our pastors and their families over for a fun Christmas dinner as a

PASTOR APPRECIATION GIFT!

We got invited over to the Paulus' house and really enjoyed the yummy food and fun evening!

~THE ARK ENCOUNTER~

Someone gave us 10 FREE (Gratis) tickets to go see the ARK ENCOUNTER
and then Mary and Abigail were FREE as well.
So, we were able to take Grandpa Dickinson, Bryan Hausman, and Josh and Katie Stamper with us.

~KIMBERLY IS MOVING TO SALISBURY, NC TO HELP IN THE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL THERE.~
Then, on Saturday, Dec. 12th, Phillip and I took our Kimberly down to Salisbury, NC to check out a position that Kimberly had been offered.
The Salisbury Christian School had contacted Kimberly to see if she would pray about becoming the assistant to the Principal of their Christian day School.

~Friends~
~Phillip got the privilege of preaching on Sunday evening in Salisbury, NC.~
Kimberly and our family did pray and she felt clear to accept the position of assistant to the Principal.
So, Lord willing, we will move Kimberly to Salisbury, NC around the first of January.
We will miss her terribly, but are thrilled to watch her spread her wings, serve Jesus, and touch little lives for Him!
~Kimberly and Mrs. Carrie, the Principal of the Salisbury Christian School!~
~Kaitlyn and Kimberly, all matchy matchy!~
So saying,  maybe in January I can post the fun pics from our missionary deputation trip out West.

But, for now, what with the normal Christmas activities, and helping our oldest daughter get ready to move, I will just post a few recent and Christmasy pics!

~I love this Christmas ball that my Sweet Aunt Carole crocheted for me!
This is her first Christmas in Heaven.
How I miss her and GG!!
I can see Aunt Carole and GG being together up there and worshipping Jesus!~

THANK YOU, DEAR JESUS, FOR BEING WILLING TO COME TO THIS EARTH TO BECOME A TINY BABE IN A MANGER, TO LATER DIE ON THE CROSS FOR MY SINS!
BUT, YOU DIDN'T STAY IN THAT TOMB, YOU AROSE AND ARE SITTING AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE FATHER INTERCEDING FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!!
Wishing y'all a Very Merry Christmas!!!!

~I! LOVE! FALL! Fast Track Coffee pot, voting, HUGE Answer to prayer!~

 Ok!  I! LOVE! FALL!

I love the colors, I love the coffee, the aromas, the chilly weather, the coffee, the boots, the scarves, the sweaters, the coffee ;-), candles, hot chocolate, fires, s'mores, Thanksgiving, Being Thankful to God, pumpkins, pies, family time,

I LOVE IT ALL!

I! LOVE! FALL!!

~My Moma raised me to LOVE WHITE!!!!
I love white walls, white decor, white bedspreads, etc.  However, my Sweetheart loves quilts!
I am not a huge fan of quilts, but wanted to get a Fall-ish quilt for him for our room.
I happened to find this one for an excellent deal at a consignment shop in Hillsboro where I dropped off some of my things to sell.
I am enjoying the cozy feeling it brings to our room.~
~We are so privileged to get to enjoy Kimberly's DELICIOUS Macarons!!~

~2 Little girls, wearing matching pumpkin Dresses!
I cannot believe that they are not 10 and 6!~

~A burlap pillow I made and Abigial's little brown boots she wore years ago.~

~WHERE DOES TIME GO?~
~Cappuccino muffins ...a taste of home recipe I made.~
~Since we do a lot of traveling for Jesus, when we are actually at home on a Saturday, we do not want to LEAVE HOME!
But, last Saturday we did what we have wanted to do since we have moved here.
We went and looked around downtown Hillsboro!!!!
I made myself coffee at home, and just enjoyed sipping it, while walking into the stores. So fun!!~
~Mary got a kite for a prize at Jr. Church.  She enjoyed flying it.~

~Our family singing a special last Sunday.
Sadly, we each thought the other was going to get Mary and Elijah from Jr. Church, and so since no one got them, we sang without them.  :-( ~
~I love to Coffee... in the Fall... ALL YEAR LONG!~

~I found this in a box in the shop that I had not unpacked.
It is a little tea set that I got in Colombia.
Abigail LOVED it and wanted to surprise the kids and make a tea party for them. ~

~WE VOTED!!!~
Since we will be in AZ on November 3rd, we voted early!
#makeamericagreatagain
#trump2020
#GodhelptheUSA
I am trying to spend extra time PRAYING for
our Country,
OUR PRESIDENT,
our Vice President,
and that God will FORGIVE OUR SIN,
and HEAL OUR LAND!!!!!

Since this is Sarah's first time to vote, we wanted to do something little to celebrate!
We found this little drug store in West Union where we voted!
They still have a soda fountain, and their sandwiches and ice cream were extremely CHEAP and yummy!! :-)
Blake's drugstore. ~

~ 40 Cents a scoop for their ice cream!
I got S'mores!  Phillip got Pumpkin.~

~Today Mary and Abigail helped me make this Death By Chocolate Bundt Cake.  (pics of the recipe below).~

~I USED A DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE MIX (CHOCOLATE CAKE) INSTEAD OF A YELLOW CAKE MIX!
I ALSO USED 1 CUP OF FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE INSTEAD OF THE 1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM!

~After Kimberly posted pics of us walking around Hillsboro, she got a message on Instagram that Nicole Fink was visiting Hillsboro.
So, we decided it would be fun to meet up with her and her children.
We met in Rural King Parking lot. :-D
Our kids had fun playing together.

~And Nicole and her daughters and Kimberly and I had a super nice visit!
We enjoyed sharing God stories and encouraging each other in the Faith!
Isn't it great to meet God's people wherever you meet them, and you feel like you have known them forever?!

~Quite often Kimberly teaches English Live to the kids at Pastor Jimmy's school in Colombia.~

~FOR NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD!
LUKE 1:37~
OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN PRAYING FOR AN URGENT REQUEST FOR SOME TIME.
ONLY OUR FAMILY AND A CLOSE FRIEND KNEW OF THE NEED.
THE LORD JUST CAME TROUGH IN A MIGHTY WAY!!!!
WE ARE PRAISING HIM!!!!!
~OUR COFFEE POT DIED...and as I have already expressed, we enjoy Coffeeing...all year long!....
~Our Coffee Pot DIED!!!
But, have you tried to price a coffee pot lately?
We wanted One that would make a pot and do a single cup, and those machines are NOT CHEAP!!!
So, we did not know what we do, but Prayed that God would guide us.
Josh told us about Fasttrack!
An app where you bid on things that you see.
THROUGH FASTRACK THE LORD GAVE US THIS NICE COFFEE POT FOR $15.00!!!!
Thank you, Dear Jesus!!!! ~

~Mary's sweet cousin Heidi bought her this new outfit for her doll.~

~S'MORE TIME...FAMILY TIME!!~

~Noah has enjoyed driving Grandpa's truck, which is a stick shift.
Grandpa loaned us his truck while he was recouping from his knee surgery. ~

~Grandpa's cool truck and God's beautiful Fall Leaves...a perfect combo.~
~Wet Weather....and a cute little toothless girl
with a new umbrella.
Abigail got a new umbrella for her birthday, so we have been waiting on the perfect rainy day to grab a pic of her. ~
~LET THEM STAY LITTLE...
LET THEM SLEEP IN THE MIDDLE.  :-) ~

~Missing her 2 front teeth.~
~Silly girl.~
~I am Thankful to Jesus for our fresh eggs!!!
It is SUCH A BLESSING to have fresh eggs to feed my family.
( I like this little "Fresh egg" tray and little egg cup that I found in Argentina.)

Last Week, some animal got into our chicken coop and killed several chickens. :-(.
Phillip and Noah repaired the fence!  We are praying that God will protect our chickens while we are gone.  There will be someone taking care of them for us. ~
We appreciate prayer as we get everything wrapped up to leave on our Deputation out West.
How we NEED God's help before we leave and on deputation!
It is our family's goal to encourage people in their walk with Jesus / encourage those who have not yet found HIM to SEEK FOR HIM with THEIR WHOLE HEART!!
