My neice Natasha (who just had spinal surgery a week ago) turns 18 today!  Please pray for her as she is trying to recoup!!  I am praying that she has a good birthday in spite of all the pain and hardships she is experiencing.  Thank you!

In January Kimberly turned 13! Where, oh Where have the years gone? It seems like just yesterday that we were looking at our brand new first baby and in AWE of God and the miracle of life. We thought that our hearts would BURST with the love we had for this precious bundle. I had been an aunt since I was 16, so when she started crying in the hospital I was comforting her and said, "It's OK...Aunt Heather...I mean Mommy is going to help you!" =)
Thank you, Kimberly for serving Jesus and being the sweet young lady you are! In the last few years you and Sarah have REALLY helped lift my load. I LOVE having girls to be with, bake and cook with, work with, go shopping together, laugh together, pray together, etc.

~Each week Phillip takes turns taking one of us girls on a "date", or the boys "out for coffee".  This was Kimberly's turn.  We normally go to a little bakery (there are bakeries on nearly every corner here =) and eat a fun inexpensive breakfast.~
