In a large container (I used a That's-a-bowl) pour in 1 lb. ground coffee, and fill the rest of container with room-temp water.
Stir until well mixed!!!
Let set for 8 hours.
Stir and then strain all the coffee through a strainer covered with cheese cloth or paper towels.
Store coffee in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. It should last for 3 weeks or so.
(OR...you can just use left over strong COLD coffee)
When you get the urge... fill a large glass with ice and pour half full with the prepared CHILLED coffee.
Stir in Sweetened condensed milk (or sugar) to taste.
If you have choc. syrup and want to add a tad, it makes it LOVELY! =)
Fill the glass the rest of the way up with milk...
Add a straw...
Close your eyes...
and ENJOY!!! =)
