~Update on Baby and I!~

After attending church on Sunday and then walking about 3-4 miles on Monday, baby and I had a BIG scare on Tuesday. So, according to nurses orders, we are on complete bed rest for some time. Your prayers are appreciated. Pastor Jimmy and Sis. Farly are keeping Elijah and Sarah for a couple nights or so so that I can rest. Kimberly and Noah are doing a good job cooking the meals, washing the dishes and taking care of Mommy. I'll post again as soon as I can.

Hey Heather! Did you realize you weren't a Spring Chicken? Ha! I guess you're starting down the slippery slope to 'old age'. That slope ain't good! Trust me-I know!Lila's remark made me chuckle!
Now me, I'm rushing around like a Spring Chicken, trying to get something, anything, done! Well, I'm likely not rushing around as fast as I think I am. But, I am TRYING to rush around!
I didn't realize that Sarah and Piggy was at Farley's house. Bless her dear heart!
I love you all!

Sorry to hear this. I went down the same road and was on bed rest for 3 months. Not fun, but doable. I didn't go to church and take a walk; I tried to move furniture. :) Not something you are supposed to do at 6 months. We will be praying.

Dear Heather,

We love you and are thinking of you and praying for you and baby. My heart goes out to you, remembering the difficult months in Honduras while I was having complications with Eleyna. God will see you through, as always! He is ALWAYS good, remember!

Love,
Sarah

Hi Heather!

I have not commented for a long time but have been keeping up with your blog. I have enjoyed all your deputation pics. We went to Boot Camp when we went on out TLC trip to Haiti last year and met the Paulus family there. They are a sweet family and we enjoyed getting to know them. Looks like you had fun with them.
About your latest development, I can COMPLETELY understand! Between my 4 pregnancies I have gone thru 17 weeks of bedrest! Believe me, when I say that I KNOW what you are going thru! God will see you thru and before you know it, you will be holding your new baby and will forget all about the looong, loong days of laying and sitting. I used the time to catch up on good, Christian novels, organize my recipe box, journaled, watched good movies, went online and even did some latch hook rug work :o) You love to sew, so maybe you can start sewing some sweet baby outfits and etc. You all will be in our prayers....keep us up-dated!

Just went to your blog to see if you were out of bed! ;-) So thankful that you can rest for we love you and that baby and want the best for you both. It is wonderful that we have a Heavenly Father who can be with you all and the hectic schedule you face. Besides trying to keep from "envying" Farley, (smile) I am praying for her as she takes on two more with her heavy schedule. It is wonderful that you have such a dependable friend when you are so far from family. Please do take care. I Love you all, Moma
