~Phillip's birthday and some USA pics!~

TO READ AN UPDATE OF OUR 1ST SUNDAY BACK IN COLOMBIA, READ THE POST BELOW THIS ONE!

Today, is my Phillip's birthday. Happy Birthday, Sweetheart! I'm sooo GLAD that God has led our lives together! You are the sweetest husband a wife could have. Thanks for being such a great Husband, Godly man, and awesome Father. I love you and hope you have a wonderful day!

OK...here are some pics from our last few days in the USA! More to come later!
~Our last Saturday in the USA Daryl and Laura and their family took us out to Ryan's for a goodbye meal. We had a nice time. We surely have grown closer to each other during these last 5 months. We will always be indebted to the Hausmans for opening up their home and keeping us while we were in the States. We made lots of wonderful memories together. Thanks bunches, Hausmans...we love and miss y'all bunches!~
~Since we don't have a Sam's card but needed some things from there to take back to Colombia, the Hausmans took us with their Sam's card. Here...Bryan and Noah are looking at Books at Sam's~
~Cousin Natasha reading a story in the middle of Sam's to Darla and Sarah.~
~Kimberly and Brittany in Sam's our last Saturday before we flew back to Colombia. Kimberly had such a BLAST being with her cousins Brittany and Natasha. They laughed their heads off when they were together. She cried when she got ready to leave them, for they now are like sisters to her.~
~Kimberly, her cousin Brittany and some of her friends from our Christian Nation Church saying those HARD goodbyes! Our Christian Nation church was so dear to us while we were there those 5 months. Our last Sunday night there they took up a love offering for us, had us come up and laid hands on us and prayed for us, and then had the whole congregation come around and tell us goodbye. Needless to say there were LOTS of tears on our part, and on a lot of our friends' parts too.~
~Some of the cousins spending their last night together with our kids before we headed to Indiana to fly on to Colombia. ~
Our 5 months in the USA was a very healing time for our family and now we are happy to be back in Colombia working where God wants us. It is fun being in our home now and seeing our Colombian friends again. I'm having fun putting all of our new JC Pennies pictures in frames. =D Those 5 months in the US were wonderful and we will always have awesome memories from those times that we got to spend with our family and friends there. The only part of my family that we didn't get to see, was my dear brother Andrew, wife Vonnie and their kids. But since they live in AK, it was just too far for us to go to see them, or them to come and see us. Hopefully we will get to see them next time!!! I'll post more pics of our last few days there in the USA soon!

Daryl and Phillip resemble each other with their beards. The back of Bryan and Noah is adorable. I love it that you let everybody hold little Elijah, as he will be a people person, for sure. How good of Jesus to let your girls and the Hausman girls spend so much bonding time together. They are days they will never forget. You could find no better church people to lay hands on you guys to send you off to Colombia. How blessed you are to have the Christian Nation Church people for your sponsors. Love, Mom & Dad D
PS - Happy Birthday to our favorite son. In December we will wish our other favorite son, a Happy Birthday.
