~Happy New Year!~

~Here are Kimberly, Sarah, baby and I with a beautiful fruit basket that Jimmy and his family gave to us for Christmas!~

~Our dear Uncle Scott and Aunt Libby S. and family from Hobe Sound, FL sent us a nice package that we got 2 days after Christmas! Aunt Libby sent me one of the new Hobe Sound Woman of Worth cookbooks, which I'm loving!! And she bought our kids lots of fun goodies to play with. THANK YOU TONS FOR THOSE WONDERFUL GIFTS! ~Here, Noah is playing with Play Foam.~

~Kimberly and Sarah are decorating their new diaries from U. Scott and A. Libby and family!~
~On Saturday I made homemade pickles...a recipe I got out of my new cookbook.~
~I also made 4 loaves of my French Bread. We thought we were having company for Sunday dinner, but they couldn't come. But I did have a visitor Sunday evening for supper, but I forgot to get a picture of she and I.~
~A dear Colombian lady that I had a nice visit with on Monday, Dec. 31st.~
~Phillip visiting with a couple Colombian men/pastors.~
~Our friends had us over for a yummy lunch on Monday, Dec. 31st. We took them a nice fruit basket as a belated Christmas gift.~
~Then our friends took us to a nice park near their home, which we all enjoyed!~

~Phillip helped our kids climb up this big rock!~
~Me...and baby! 5 Months down...a few more to go! =)~

I hope y'all had a wonderful 2007, and have a GREAT 2008!

Happy New Year to you all!
Looks like you had a great day and the pickles and the bread look yummy! Are the pickles a craving?

Awwee... don't you look cute! Your bread and pickles look so tasty. I haven't tried making French bread but my ma-in-law got me a Taste of Home Baking cookbook for Christmas and I am tickled pink about all the bread recipes (and the how- to's of shaping the bread)! Glad you are feeling well enough these days to bake again. :-)
Thanks for the updates!

Heather just me again. Thank you so much for your comments on my blog. It is so good to hear from you. Even though I haven't met you personally, I feel like I have known you for ever. I am glad to hear the patterns finally arrived. I don't know what happen to them but they must have taken a very slow train. Yes there are several patterns and just a few other things you might be able to use. Even for the girls. Well, HAPPY NEW YEAR! and enjoy!
Love & Prayers, Eileen

So glad you got that package. Just wish you didn't have to travel all over the world to get it. I love looking at your pictures and reading about the "goings-ons" in the Colombian Dickinson's house.

Love
Aunt Libby
