~Company for dinner~

We feel so blessed to be able to attend the Chinese church here.  God has given us some DEAR friends in that church.
Some of those friends are Nicolas, who is a dentist, and his wife Alicia and family. Our little Mary needed to go and see a dentist the other day and Nicolas did a great job with treating her. =)  (He said he was Amazed...for Mary never even cried. =)
~Last Saturday evening we had Nico and Alicia and their children over for supper.
As usual I had FUN setting the table.~
~I'm REALLY enjoying using our few "treasures" that we stored here in boxes while we were gone.  This tray and this little tricycle being some of them. ~

~The goblets, white tea cups and saucers, and cloth napkins are some of the other treasures.  =)
I was so HAPPY to find these cute re-usable plastic purple plates the other day.  (They are a thicker bendable plastic, thus I'm able to wash and re-use.)
They added a fun touch of color to my table, for VERY cheap!  =) ~

~It is turning Fall here and was VERY CHILLY that evening...for which I was very GLAD, for my menu included Soup, jello and fruit for an appetizer, my french bread, and a large Caesar salad.~
~And here are the kids (acting silly) at their table.~
~When we invited them for dinner, Nico and Alicia both said that Alicia makes desserts and would bring the dessert.  That was a huge help to me.  =)
She showed up with these 2 very yummy and pretty desserts which we enjoyed.  =) ~
~We love our Chinese friends.  We Thank the Lord for giving us "family" away from our family. =) ~
May each of you have a WONDERFUL Easter / Resurrection weekend!! =)
How BLESSED we are that Jesus is ALIVE!!

Dearest Heather,
Wow, sooooooo beautiful! I don't know how you do it! Very nice table!
And yes, I'm so thankful that God has made it so easy for us Christians to make "Family" away from home, we just have to find other believers and right away we have much to talk about! We are making new friends, too! Love, Hannah Klunder
