~Noah Finished 5th Grade!!!~

Our "Summer Break" was in November, December, and January as we said Goodbye to Dear Family and Friends, packed up our belongings, Flew to Colombia on CHRISTMAS DAY, stayed there in Colombia visiting and encouraging our churches and people there for nearly a month, then flew here to Argentina on Jan. 21st!

So, our kids have been working to finish up this school year, before we start the next!

~Earlier this year, when Noah finished his Science for the year....I made a simple celebration for him.
I didn't know what to use to make a special table, but I found these napkins I had on hands with flowers.
Now, Noah isn't into Flowers :-) but I figured if I added some GUY-COLORED Plates that he'd be ok with the napkins. :-)~
~I colored some sugar green and dipped the goblets in that to go with our lemony drink.~
~Served something simple for lunch And made some cream puffs for dessert.
I made some choc. syrup to go over the cream puffs.~
 ~Noah was happy.~

This past Saturday, Noah finished 5th grade!

CONGRATULATIONS NOAH!!!

So, per his desire, we took him to a McDonalds that had a Neat GYM instead of a playground!
I failed to get pics of the gym part, but it had trampoline, a bicycle, a small basketball court, etc. The kids had a blast!

Here's some pics for you to enjoy!
~Left to Right:  Mary, Elijah wearing his toy, and Noah.~

~I took this pic of Abigail, and she blinked...but we thought it was so cute anyway! :-) ~

~Here she was trying to play "Peek-a-boo" with me...around my camera. :-) ~
 ~Such cuteness and sweetness!~
~And she was not thrilled when Noah put his toy on her.~
~She loved her little yogurt that her big brother Noah shared with her.~

~Mr. Noah got a McFlurry for finishing his schoolwork!~
~Here in South America we have something pretty cool!
Some McDonalds have McCafes!!!
It's a FUN place in McDonalds... where you can get Fun coffees, milkshakes, Frappuccinos, desserts, etc.~

~So, Kimberly, Sarah, and I ORDERED VERY LITTLE for supper, so we could splurge HERE!
~Sarah got a hot chocolate, and an apple crumble!
Kimberly and I both got Oreo cookie Frappes.~
 ~Pure yumminess!~
~Special Moments with my older girls!~
So happy Noah got done! :-)

~Enjoying Our COMARGO CAMP via telephone!~

Our family L.O.V.E.S. Comargo camp!
God has been gracious to us and we have had the privilege of attending several Comargo camps due to being home on deputation or having Babies!  :-)
But, this year, of course, we are in Argentina and cannot attend. :-(

We were surprised when a dear friend contacted us and asked us if we would like for them to call us so we could hear Comargo camp over the phone!
WOULD WE?!!! :-)

We had to be away from our house the first night, so they called us for the Tuesday night service.  God really helped as Bro. Robert England told of the WONDERFUL revival that happened at our Amamater...God's Bible School ...back in May of 1990!
THE REPORTS OF THAT REVIVAL....IS WHAT MADE MY PHILLIP IN MICHIGAN WANT TO GO TO COLLEGE AT GOD'S BIBLE SCHOOL!  Phillip says, "The HOLY SPIRIT is the Best P.R."

After Bro. England finished preaching they had an altar call.

WE DID TOO!
We all gathered around our couch and started praying, crying, singing, testifying, praying again, crying, walking around and praising the Lord, praying again with one of our little, medium or bigger people, etc.  :-)
God's SWEET presence was sooooo CLOSE and all this lasted until 11:20 P.M.
~A pile of Kleenexes left over from all our tears.~

Earlier Phillip and I had talked about the fact that little Mary really had never shown any emotion or spiritual awakeness at her age of 4 almost 5.
We realize that each child is different, but We well remember that Kimberly got saved at 3 AND GOD REALLY CHANGED THAT LITTLE GIRL!

So, Phillip and I had been praying that God would move on Little Mary's heart, and help her to have a desire to serve Him.
On Tuesday night, Little Mary began to WEEP!
She wept on and off for nearly an hour or more and wanted to pray!  It was precious to see God helping little Mary.  She got saved Tuesday night. :-)

Later, Elijah began to pray and cry and testified afterwards.
Here is his SWEET TESTIMONY!

"I opened my eyes and saw Mary crying, so I decided that I would PRAY UNTIL I CRIED!!" :-)
Then he told us that God had saved him!! :-)

~Not wanting to take pictures during the real "Altar service," This is a posed pic the next morning.~

Moments like this are so PRECIOUS and unforgettable!!!

THANK YOU, DEAR JESUS, FOR YOUR SWEET PRESENCE,
for helping our kids,
AND FOR GETTING TO LISTEN TO OUR COMARGO CAMP!!!
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Last night we had English class.  Here are some pics from our delightful evening!

~ I have 2 nice high chairs in our U.S.A. house, but NONE HERE for Abigail!
So, Dear Aunt Caro loaned Baby Abigail a NICE HIGH CHAIR...this is the one that her Jonathan and Valen used years ago. ~
~Thank you, Aunt Caro, for such a nice chair to sit in when I eat! :-)~
~After English class I served STUFFED baked potatoes!~
~Since I was tired, I asked Phillip to buy some chocolate candy bars for our dessert.  :-)~
~Then I teased Caro and Leo that I had "worked all night making these!" ;-) ~
~I used the left over baked potatoes to make some quick fried potatoes to go with our eggs for breakfast this morning. :-)~
~And we REALLY ARE ENJOYING the Yummy Cappuccino that Uncle Leo and Aunt Caro gave us!! :-) ~

~Mary had her first piano recital!~

But first I'll show you pics of our good Lord's day.
We had a good service Sunday morning with our Dear friends at the Chinese church.  We were challenged by Mr. Dijon's sermon to WORK FOR THE LORD and NOT FOR THE TEMPLE!
~Here's a pic of my new friend Irene her son Leo, and I at church. We are SO GLAD she and her sons are coming to church!~
~After service Phillip went to see our little William (Wiwi) in the hospital again.
How we THANK THE LORD for saving his little life when his appendix burst!!  SCARY!
Thank you for praying for a complete recovery for him.~
Then Sunday evening at our Bible Study in our home, God's sweet presence came in such a SWEET way that I WEPT while we sang, "Oh, How I love Jesus" and No One ever Cared for Me Like Jesus" in Spanish!
Afterwards we enjoyed a yummy Meal!
Fernando and Mariela brought yummy meats, cheese and a jelly type something to have "Picada."
~Mariela and Fernando making the tray of yummy picada.~
~It was a perfect chance to use my cute Tiny FORKS that I bought in Colombia. :-) ~
~I didn't know they were bringing picada, and had made the fixings for a huge Taco salad.
So we had a feast! :-)
Here's little Elijah, Jeremiah, and Mary.~
~My dear friend Mariela and I.~
 ~And for dessert I made Laura's jelly bars.  Yum!~
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
As you know, I don't always get things posted right when they happen, but hey, at least I get them posted. :-)
Mary had a recital the week of July 4th!
Mary's little recital was a LAST MINUTE decision made by her teacher and we didn't know about it until around 1:00 P.M. on the day that it was to happen at 5:00! :-(
I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL my 4th of July preparations and company was coming in just 5 hours, so there was NO WAY we could go. :-(
~Kimberly volunteered to take Mary to her first recital. It was actually an OPEN CLASS.
Thanks, Kimberly, for taking Mary!!~
~Going out the door with Kimberly to catch the bus to go to her recital.~

CLICK HERE TO SEE A LITTLE VIDEO OF MARY'S RECITAL (Public Class)!

~Phillip and I got this little gift for Mary for her piano recital, (and because she slept on the couch and let Bethany have her part of the room for a month :-). ~

~We got her this Cute little metal tea set that has its own tray.~

~Mary having a tea party with her Best Bud Elijah!!!~
~And then later with her Sarah, and Valen, Jenny, and Elijah.

~Our Little William (Wiwi) is in the hospital!~

PLEASE HELP US PRAY for our little Wiwi!
He is a sweet little boy who has attended our English classes.

Wiwi is such a nice little boy, who has LOTS of energy.
I am praying that Jesus takes his energy and makes him a HOLINESS PREACHER someday!  :-)

Phillip just went to see him in the hospital.
Wiwi had surgery, and from what we understand his appendix burst.  :-(

We love our little Wiwi!  He's on your RIGHT!~
THANK YOU FOR PRAYING FOR WIWI!
~Heather~
