The other morning my family was out jogging and I was home with Mary. I wanted to do a fun breakfast for those out running, but didn't have a lot of time before they'd be coming home. So I quickly made French toast. Then for the "syrup" I opened a large can of peach halves. I took out a peach or two to cut into thin slices for the garnishes...then I blended the rest of the peaches and juice. I served that over the french toast, added a dollop of whipped cream, and a peach slice...and breakfast was ready. (You could serve some kind of breakfast meat on the side for some protein.) My family thought it was fun and yummy!
