~Phillip flew to Colombia yesterday, Men Arise, and CNC Tailgate party.~

Phillip flew out yesterday AM to visit our people and churches in Colombia.

He had wanted to take one or two of our children with him, but it just didn't work out this time.

~PRAISE JESUS, PHILLIP ARRIVED SAFELY IN BOGOTA, COLOMBIA LAST NIGHT!!

Today he will purchase tickets and start visiting all the other churches, and end back up in Bogota.

PRAYERS APPRECIATED for Phillip while he is gone and for our family!  He is on the front lines of the battlefield, and we as his family, are keeping the "home fires burning."

As you know, Spanish is not our first language.  When one is tired in life, one's mind has a hard time thinking of the right English word, let alone the right Spanish word.

Please pray for clarity of thought as he preaches and teaches in English.

Also, It seems that the devil either tries to bring on sickness, extreme weariness, misunderstandings, flat tires, SCARY DANGEROUS RIDES ON THE BUSES, or problems, etc. either to Phillip while he is there, or to our family while he is gone.

Please pray for:

Protection
No Misunderstandings
Anointing from God
Fruitfulness
Provision
Guidance on how to lead and serve the National Leaders
That God will continue to deepen the works there

~Some months back Phillip and Elijah decided to get some sheep.
They have really enjoyed having them.  Phillip said that he has seen a lot of Spiritual lessons from being a Shepherd.
But, since we travel so much, Phillip just sold them back to the Amish man
from who he bought them. ~
~Men Arise~
Phillip, his Dad, Bud Dickinson,

Noah, and Elijah got to go to Men Arise in Colorado.

(Noah was already in New Mexico on His Mission's trip, so he rode to Men Arise with Steve Archibald.)

They said it was like a Camp meeting for Men!!!

God's presence was sooo close as 200 men sang together,

prayed together, and worshipped together!

We are especially glad that Dad Dickinson got to go!

~They honored Dad Dickinson a lot.

Dad is Such a dear Faithful Man of God!!!

He is a Man's Man,

has literally worked himself to death,

and has done

SO MUCH FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD!!!!

~Phillip said that the Lord helped Bro. Joe Smith as he spoke.~
~Beautiful~
~Kim Saylor would have been At GBS when Dad Dickinson was maintenance man.

So, she loaned him her personal golf cart to get around the Ranch!!!  So kind of her!!!

~Mary and Eva~
~Kimberly made these yummy pumpkin muffins.~

She used this Recipe

For Easy Pumpkin Muffins.

Mix together, One Spice Cake Mix, 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin.

My Streusel Recipe:

Mix in a cereal bowl: some chopped pecans, some brown sugar, and some cinnamon.

(Amounts Depend on how many muffins you are making.)

Sprinkle on top of Muffins before baking.

Bake at 350 or 375 for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

(probably less for miniature muffins.)

She and Josh and the Stampers were coming and wanted us to come.

We went and had a fun time together.~

~Dear Josh and Adorable Sarah~
~After our time at UBC, Sarah and I ran to Goodwill.~
~Phillip, Dad D., and our boys flew into Columbus, OH from Men Arise late Saturday night

and spent the night with Dad and Mom.

So, Sunday AM Phillip and the boys drove straight to our church from Dad and Mom Dickinson's house.

Phillip preached Sunday morning and

spoke on missions on Sunday night.~

~Sunday afternoon Mary got to hang out with her Sweet friend Alayna W. , from Arkansas,

who happened to be in Hillsboro for the weekend.~

~Sunday night Noah, Mary, Abigail, and I were on our way to church (Phillip and Elijah were coming later with Chris and Kimberly, to give Phillip more time to study for speaking in the service that night.)

All the sudden we heard a HUGE WOOOSH sound!

And sure enough, we had a Flat Tire!

THANK GOD, NOAH WAS WITH US,

AND CHANGED THE TIRE.

HOW I PRAISE JESUS FOR HIS PROTECTION,

AND THAT THE TIRE DID NOT GO FLAT ON

THE GIRLS AND I!!

THE GIRLS AND I HAD JUST DRIVEN OUR SUBURBAN OVER TO INDIANA AND BACK

AND THAT MORNING WE WERE DRIVING TO CHURCH AND PASSING CARS!!

HAD THE TIRE GONE OUT ON US,

WE COULD HAVE VERY EASILY WRECKED!!!

~On Tuesdays we go to GBS for the girls to have piano lessons from Martha.

Last Tuesday, We then went to the library to get some HomeSchooling done.

Right before we left the library, the girls got to color a fun fall pic.~

~This statement that I wrote on my chalkboard is so true!

"I still remember when I prayed
for all the things I have now!"

In 2004 God called us to be missionaries and in Sep. 2004 we divided our things 6 ways.

1. We kept a few things.
2. We sold most of our things.
3. Stuff to give away to friends / donate.
4. Stuff to go on an 8 month deputation.
5. Stuff to go to Costa Rica for Spanish schooling.
6. Stuff to go with us to Colombia, June 2006.

On Deputation in 2009 Phillip told me that God said it was time to look for a house state-side, because when we came home on deputation or to have another baby, we needed a place
to hang our hat.
When we got back to Colombia for what we thought would be 2 years,
just 9 days later we found out that a
SURPRISE BABY MARY WAS
ON HER WAY!!!!
SO, We prayed for 2 weeks that when God was ready for us to have a house in the USA he would drop it in our laps.  He did just that!!
So when God gave us our home in the USA in 2010, we had no furniture or things to put in it!
But through the years,
God and others have surely blessed us!

I am so Grateful to Jesus for His Blessings!
~Dying on the Cross to save me from my sins!
~Sanctifying me Holy!
~For the privilege to PRAY!!
~Giving me my Sweet Parents and siblings
& their families!
~Bringing Dear Phillip and I together!
~Blessing us with 6 Wonderful children!
~Sending Dear Josh along to marry Sweet Sarah!
~Sending Dear Chris along to marry Sweet Kimberly!
~FOR OUR SWEET GRANDBABY IN HEAVEN! (TEARS WHILE I TYPE THIS.)
(I am sure that our Baby Mercy and Baby Treasure that we lost are enjoying being with
that little Baby Cake!)
~For our Home that Jesus gave us!
~For 4 Seasons!
~For Fall!
~For our Wonderful Church Family!
~For You, My Dear Friends!
And for so many other Blessings,
too numerous to count!

~May We show others Jesus' Love!~

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY AND FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR PHILLIP IN COLOMBIA AND FOR OUR FAMILY HERE!!!
~HEATHER~
