~More deputation pics~

~On Sep. 3rd Phillip had a birthday. We celebrated by getting some icecream as a family.~
~Yum..Yum!!~
~The evening of his birthday we had a service at Holiness Gospel Mission, pastored by Erwin Dickinson of Greenville, MI, a cousin of Phillip's Dad.~
~I thought that they had a cute little country church.~
~What our kids do quite often when we are on deputation...sit in church. =)
~We had a wonderful time with the Dennis Johnsons in Greenville, MI.~

~Shortly after we got back to the USA, we were thrilled to go to Yummy Skyline Chili with the Eisenharts and the Hausmans.~

~When Phillip got up from the table, we all laughed when we saw that he had an oyster cracker stuck on his shoe. (It had evidently dropped when he was feeding Elijah.)~
~Our first deputation service was with this sweet family...the Mark Schmelzlens in PA. We really enjoyed our visit with them!!~
~Our 2nd service was with the Stutzmans in Goshen, IN.~
~We were privileged to get to have a wonderful snack with the Jonathan Edwards after having a service at their church.~
~We had a service with Bro. Ronald Justice and his sweet wife and their congregation. We appreciated God's sweet presence that met with us.~
~On the way to one of our services we loved getting to go by and spend time at Michael and Beth's house. Phillip and Michael were going to make Cheese crisp. On the left is the one that Phillip made...for he is used to not being able to afford to use much cheese in Colombia. Michael LAUGHED at Phillip's "3 pieces of cheese" and said "This is how you do it" and commenced to throw on some handfuls of cheese on his tortilla. =D~

~We enjoyed getting to have a service and visit with the Don Nichols and the Greg Burleys (Which is Phillip's cousin) in Lima, Ohio.~

~Look what Jesus did for us!~

Here I am again to tell you about the surprise I mentioned in my last post!
~I would like you to meet our new friends Mark and Joan Demint, Elijah and Joanna. These DEAR people offered their motorhome for our family to use for the rest of our deputation!! THANK YOU, DEMINTS, FOR YOUR KINDNESS TO OUR FAMILY. WE LOVED THE TIME WE SPENT WITH Y'ALL AND WE ARE HAVING A BLAST USING YOUR MOTORHOME MANSION. =) MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS Y'ALL!!!!
~God's Word tells us: "Before you call on me I will answer!" God knew that we were BEYOND PACKED in the van we were using, and our car-top carrier leaked. Not to mention that at every service we had, Phillip had to unload all the suitcases, take out our missions display table, then reload everything back into the van, go inside the church and set up the display. Then after church he had to unload and reload the van again. Our family is sooooo amazed at how our Heavenly Father takes good care of His children.~

~It was fun having my sister Laura and her kids visit our little home on wheels. Pastor and Mrs. Eisenhart, and our assoc. pastor's wife Susanna visited us too, but I didn't think to get their pictures.~

Whew! I feel like I've been around the world in 8 days. =) Thank you to all who left comments and who prayed for my back. Jesus really touched me and I'm doing tons better now. We have been without internet for a few weeks, so we are trying to catch up. The Lord has been helping us and taking GOOD care of us while on our deputation. He did something VERY exciting for us just this past Monday...which I cannot wait to share with y'all! I'm heading to another service right now, so I cannot post pics, but I plan to post some really soon.
