~KIMBERLY'S TRIP TO HONDURAS!~
How
we Thank the Lord for allowing Kimberly to go on the EFM Medical trip,
and for bringing her back safely to us. She was so glad she could go and
be Sis. Kristal Becker's translator!~Here are a few neat pics from her trip.
~Our church prayed for Sis. Kristal and Kimberly on Friday night of the Missionary convention. They flew out that next morning.~

~Mr. Keith Schaper brought this elderly gentleman to Kimberly ...and teased her that he was looking for a BRIDE. :-) He was hard of hearing, so Kimberly would have to lean close to him to talk...and then he tipped his head, so he could hear better. Mr. Keith took pictures ...and told Kimberly that HE HAD CAPTURED THE GENTLEMAN'S PROPOSAL TO HER ON CAMERA. :-D~
~Nearly the whole team~
~This little baby was born in the clinic there...with a double cleft and palate.
PLEASE PRAY FOR THIS SWEET LITTLE GUY AND HIS PARENTS...AS THEY LEARN HOW TO FEED HIM THROUGH A TUBE, AND THEN PLAN FOR HIS SURGERY!!~
~A FUNNY KIMBERLY STORY!~
Kimberly, Holly, and Joy shared a room. One night Holly was telling Kimberly a rather gory medical story...when all of the sudden Kimberly got to feeling VERY BADLY. She sat down on Holly's bed, and THEN SHE FAINTED!Holly sent Joy down the hall to find HELP FOR KIMBERLY. The Help that came had NO CLUE WHY Kimberly had fainted and wondered if they should do CPR on her.
Thankfully, Kimberly woke up then ...on her knees in front of Holly's bed. :-) The help said, "That must have been SOME PRAYER TIME. :-)
When they asked her if she knew WHY SHE HAD FAINTED...she repsonded...
"Yes, Holly was telling me a gory story."
To which they replied..."Are you SERIOUS?!!!"
ALL OF THAT OVER A STORY?!!! :-)
So, Kimberly got teased the rest of the week.
HERE SHE WAS DOWN THERE TO HELP WITH A MEDICAL TEAM...WHICH COULD INCLUDE SEEING LOTS OF BLOOD, ETC....AND SHE HAD FAINTED OVER A STORY. :-)
