~More pics from our Pastor Appreciation, Strait Creek Church report, fun sandwich idea, Taking the kids to the zoo, Helping with Josh & Sarah's fall festival~

Thank you so much for your prayers for Phillip as he ministers to our People in Colombia, and for our family and

Strait Creek Church here at home!

~Saying those hard goodbyes last Monday AM.~

~On the way back home, I found this adorable store called "Painted Tree Boutiques. "
It is full of individual vendors selling all kinds of fun wares.~

~It was fun to look through Painted tree Boutiques.~

~Then, I stopped at the Lunch Bucket for my FREE COFFEE!!~

The Lord has been helping my Phillip.
He has already done his share of traveling and has been to 2 churches and has preached and taught a lot!
He reports that The Lord has helped him!
Today he traveled from Codazzi to Medellin!
He will be there preaching and teaching for several days, before he travels to Bogota to do the same.
Your Prayers, Love, and Support mean the world to
him and us!
(He hasn't sent me any pics, but has posted some updates on our FB page.
I snapped this Sunday night while we were all talking to him on the phone.  He got to see baby Stella take some of her first steps!)

The Lord has helped us here at home and at
Strait Creek Church too.

I am very Thankful for our Noah!  He is carrying a heavy load while his Daddy is gone.
What with Working full time, and traveling a long ways to and from work, etc. But he has taken full responsibility of Strait Creek, and how I appreciate it.
Noah preached that first Thursday night and shared about Men Arise and the impact it has had on him and others.
Explaining about the first year when they had to choose a rock, to represent their burden, and then hike and carry it to the cross.
This year, they had a cross that represented their burden, and laid it at the bottom of the big cross.

~We all were wearing Men Arise clothes.~

This past Sunday morning,
Chris led the singing and Noah preached.
Then on Sunday night, Noah led the singing and Chris preached.
God has been meeting with us.

~These 2 NEAT old pics showed up on FB.
They were from Noah's 12th birthday...and we evidently had a lot of his friends over for a fun party.  (Elijah remembers them all going in the backyard and playing "MUD HOCKEY!!" :-D)

Well, It appears that I forgot to post some pics from our Pastor & wife Appreciation!

OOPS!!  I was trying to rush to get it posted, and forgot some nice pics from Cousin Laura...so here they are!

~Michael found this pic of Dad D.,
and some of us can see Elijah in his eyes.~
~Abigail did a fishtail braid on her hair.~

~Little Adelynn is walking, nearly running everywhere now!~
~Looking for a fast sandwich?
Get croissants from Walmart or Aldi's, and
buy some sandwich ham and sliced Swiss cheese.
Slice your croissant in half,
add a piece or 2 of ham and
a slice of Swiss cheese,
and microwave for around 30 seconds, depending on how hot your microwave is.
Voila, you have a quick yummy sandwich!
(Just eat it right away, while it is still warm.)

~CINCINNATI ZOO!~

Cousin Laura wanted to go to the zoo for her birthday.
So, she asked if she could pay for Elijah, Mary, and Abigail and take them with her to enjoy the zoo too.
I was fine with that, but thought it would be fun to go along.
So, Laura said that Kimberly, Stella, and I could go along too.
(Of course, we paid for our own tickets.)

Jesus gave us such a NICE CRISP FALL DAY
in which to enjoy the zoo!!!
Not toooo chilly, but a perfect mixture of cool weather,
falling leaves,
and animals, if you please.
;-)
Most of these pics need no explanation.
(Elijah had to work that day, so didn't go with us.)

~The Mommy and her baby.~
~The baby must have been curious about us. :-D ~

~Mary's braid was so cute~

~We all packed our own picnic lunch and it was so fun and yummy!~

~We don't go to the zoo much,
but any time we have gone,
It has been a tradition to take a pic with this alligator,
for as long as our kids can remember.~
~Stella, all tuckered out.~
~We got to ride the train.~

~Then, I took everyone to that new store that I had seen...Painted Tree Boutiques.
It is just fun to look around.~

~Cozy Homeschooling Fall Days.~

~ALDI'S~
~Kimberly & I are SOOO excited that our Hillsboro
NOW HAS ITS OWN ALDI'S!!!!
Several days before the grand opening, Kimberly said she wanted to leave our house at 6:00 and get to Aldi's by 6:30, to stand in line, because the first 100 people got a voucher, for up to $100.
But then the night before, she saw that the temps were going to be around 39 degrees, so we knew that would be toooo cold for our baby Stella.
So, we left our house at 8:15 or so, and got to Aldi's around 8:45.
There were NO MORE PARKING SPACES LEFT...so we had to park elsewhere and walk.
It was very nippy, so we were GLAD that we had not stood outside for hours.
When we got in the door, we heard someone say
that their friend got there at 4:15 AM,
and that there were people IN FRONT OF HER!
Needless to say, we did not get a voucher, but we had a happy time looking around!

~We stood outside for about 15 mins. or so.~

~This little pic in this heart shaped frame is
My Sweetheart and I....when we were dating.
(Wait! We still are!)
I can just hear myself talking "baby talk" to him in this pic. <3

~Steam rising from Noah's coffee Sunday AM while he was studying to preach.~
~FALL FEST AT JOSH & SARAH'S CHURCH~
We LOVE going to Josh & Sarah's cozy home!  Especially during the Fall and Christmas seasons!  She always has it so cute, and it is so fun to drink their yummy coffee out of her cute mugs!  Not to mention getting to be with them, and snuggle little Adelynn!
We always enjoy helping them with their Fall Fest at their Crooksville Grace Chapel!

~Adelynn has a head full of curls!~

~I didn't know how many desserts would show up, so I got some things from Family Dollar to make sure there was some sweets for everyone to eat.

~Josh is building this adorable green house for Sarah.  I love it!~

~Sweet Mindy and Me.~

~Josh and Sarah and Mindy and her boys always do a lot of work getting ready for Fall Fest!~

~Nanny made these yummy desserts.~

~I love Sarah's big gold mirror.~
~I love our Josh, Sarah, and Adelynn!~

~Sweet Sarah did a lot of work inside making food.~

~Crooksville Grace Chapel's Dear Pastor and family!
Dear Pastor Josh & Sweet Sarah, and Adelynn.~

Stella is walking now!
Here she is sucking on the string on Abigail's skirt.~

~Cousin Laura has a birthday!!~
I got to take Laura out for coffee the day before her birthday.  I knew her birthday was going to be very busy, so we opted for the day before.
We went to visit the coffee shop in the old Jail in West Union, OH.
It's called, "The Precinct."

~We always have a nice time laughing and talking together.~
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED PRAYERS FOR PHILLIP IN COLOMBIA AND US HERE!!
He will be there for another 9 days, before he flies back home.
~Heather~
