~My Happy Birthday, Helping Josh & Sarah, the Dickinson Thanksgiving, & 17 of us here for Thanksgiving!~

The weekend of my Birthday we went to visit Joshua and Sarah and to help them get some things done around their parsonage.  I had a scare that weekend Physically, but Thank the Lord I am ok.

As I posted before the Wedding, Joshua and Sarah felt God wanted them to accept the Pastorate of Grace Chapel, in Crooksville, OH.

This is the church that Joshua's Grandpa Roger Ellers built and started over 50 years ago.

Josh and Sarah are happily pastoring this church now and God is helping them as they live by Fatih and touch lives there.  If you ever want to send them an offering their address is:

  • Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Stamper
  • 515 Keystone Street
  • Crooksville, OH 43731

Phillip continues to preach Spanish Sermons, edit those, and make them available for hungry souls.  Those messages have had 1,000's of views and comments like, "Please Pray for me." or "I would like to get saved," etc.  Please continue to pray for these endeavors.  He also is a Pastor to our National Pastors.

A few weeks ago, I decided to put up a Thanksgiving Tree, and really enjoyed the warmth and coziness it brought to our dining room.

There were 17 of us gathered together this past weekend to give THANKS to JESUS!!!

Please enjoy the pictures!

~Our Time with Josh and Sarah.~

The weekend of my Birthday we went to visit Joshua and Sarah and to help them get some things done around their parsonage.

~I enjoyed sitting by their cozy fire, sipping coffee out of Sarah's adorable Fox mug.

We brought some boxes of Sarah's Hope Chest things up to her, and I helped her unpack her dishes and wash them up.~

~Wait! Isn't every season, snuggle season?~
~We enjoyed making these yummy breakfast casserole recipes from Pioneer Woman.
This was the Cinnamon Roll Casserole.~

~Josh and Sarah got this nice gift for me for my birthday!  Phillip got me nice gifts too!!
I had a wonderful Birthday WEEK! ;-) I am blessed!~
~Kimberly got me a nice skillet, and THIS fun mug, which I have been enjoying using!~
~AMISH COUNTRY!!~

~Ohio's Largest Christmas Shoppe~

~It was so FUN going to Amish Country on my 48th Birthday!  I am very Thankful for another year to serve Jesus, and for my Sweet family!  It was so fun to be with Josh and Sarah, But We missed Chris and Kimberly.~
~Phillip, Josh, and Noah putting the new French Door, that someone donated to them, into their parsonage.~
~The French Door, All Finished and it looks so NICE!~
~Our dear friend Clinton gave this nice table and 6 chairs to Josh and Sarah.
10 of us can get around it!~

~Josh really wanted a Murphy bed for their parsonage to help when they host company.
God saw the desires of his heart and had a friend of his give them a new one. :-).
This is where Phillip and I slept and it was very comfortable.
Thank you, Dear Jesus, for providing this need for Joshua and Sarah!
(I didn't think to get a picture of it when it was all closed up, but it looks just like a cabinet or a nice piece of furniture).~
~Josh and Sarah's fireplace mantel all decorated for Fall.
Sarah's got a nice touch when it comes to decorating!~
~Josh bricked the fireplace himself. So Beautiful!!!~
~FALL TIME...BACK AT OUR HOUSE!~
The kids wanted to make caramel apples.
We loaded them up with lots of goodies.

~My Thanksgiving Tree~
Years ago in Colombia, it was Fall and Phillip was gone to visit our other churches, which were 12 and 24 hours away. I was sad and lonely, so I took the kids to walk around at the little shops near our house.
Colombia does not have fall, so there were not normally Fall decorations.
But on that day, I found these shiny fall leaves, with a clip on the back of them.  I think Jesus placed them there just for me.
I WAS SOOO HAPPY!
We bought some, took them home, and put up a Fall Tree to surprise Daddy when he got back from visiting the churches.
So, this year, I found those leaves from Colombia, in my Fall bins, and it made me want to set up another Thanksgiving Tree.
I gathered signs from around my house and white pumpkins to add to the tree.~
~Years ago, my Sweet friend Lila gave me this tree.  I love it!~

~Coffee and Fall and Winter just go together!~

~Apples from Amish Country.~
~Esther Byer's Wedding. ~
Our Niece Natasha was in Esther's wedding.  She looked so beautiful!

~It was so fun to have Josh and Sarah join us at Grandpa and Grandma's.
Sadly Chris and Kimberly could not.~
~THANKSGIVING AT OUR HOUSE.~

~This past June my Daddy and Moma gave us some Cash for our 26th Anniversary...then afterwards took us to an Antique store.  When we walked into the Antique store, I fell in love with these plates.  When I googled the plate, I found out that it was sold for $23.99 per plate!  EEEKKK!
But, these Plates at this antique shop, were a steal of a deal.
With a little cash added to my part of our Anniversary gift, I was able to get 21 of these plates.~
~Right before Thanksgiving, I ran into Hobby Lobby for something and found some of these Pumpkins on the 75% of rack! YAYYY!!
(the other pumpkins I have had had for years.)~

~My apple pies before they were baked.  I enjoyed using my little "Lattice making" gadget.~

~A few weeks ago I was talking to Karen Kline (Mother to Kimberly's boyfriend Chris) and I told her that I had invited him here for Thanksgiving.
Then I asked her if their family had plans for Thanksgiving.
She said that their kids that were married were going to their in-laws.
I then invited the rest of their family to come to our house to celebrate Thanksgiving, and told her we would be thrilled to have them.
They were brave enough to join us :-)
and my Daddy and Moma as well.

~The guys moving in our wood stove that Jesus helped us to get for a steal of a deal off of Facebook Marketplace.~
~Noah made my "FireCrackers" for us.  So yummy.~
~As usual, Phillip made our yummy turkey for us, using Fresh Rosemary from our Garden.~
~All 17 of us around the table.
We had such wonderful times during our 4 days together....
Praising Jesus for all of His wonderful blessings, Crying together,  Singing together, Worshipping, Praying, Hearing Inspiring Christian Stories and Christmas Stories, and laughing together.~
~It was so nice to have my Dear Daddy and Sweet Moma with us for Thanksgiving!!!
At 78 & 1/2 and Moma at 79, we are very BLESSED to still have them around, and hope they stay around for many more years.
Thank you, Sweet Jesus, for Godly Parents that LOVE you with their whole heart, and taught me to LOVE you with my whole heart.~

~It was so nice to have the Klines attend church with us on Sunday.~

~Kimberly and Mary playing a piano duet, and Noah, Matthew, and Abigail paying a game.~
~Elijah and Jeremiah had such a blast roaming the woods, and being together.~
~Lots and Lots of Fun games were played by our young people.
It is so nice, because the Klines and us have several children that are similar ages
and get along great.~

~Saying Goodbye~

I trust that you had a Blessed Thanksgiving!  What an awesome God we serve!
Just because we just came through the Thanksgiving season, Let's not relax and think that we have caught up on our Praise :-) ... but Let's just keep on Praising Him for all He has done.
Salvation and Sanctification being at the top of our LONG LIST OF BLESSINGS from Above!

It's beginning to look a Lot Little like Christmas around here.  I'm not done decorating for Christmas but I am loving the cozy Christmas lights and the warmth of our new-to-us Wood Stove that Jesus helped us to get for a Miracle Price!
Can you believe that there is only 25 days until Christmas?
This Christmas, Let's Worship Jesus more than we ever have!
~HEATHER~
