~God is helping Phillip & Sarah in Colombia, Happenings Here, Spring Decor, & we went to see our Kimberly!~

THANK YOU so very much for your prayers for Phillip and Sarah!  God is helping them in Colombia!

Pastor Jimmy and Sis. Farly have held live services every night since this Pandemic started...and they just celebrated ONE YEAR of services!  Phillip and Sarah got to be there for that special service.

God is helping Phillip on the important paper work he had to do while there as well!!  Thank you, Jesus!

Sarah's stomach (that had been hurting her) has done pretty good.  She has tried to eat less and not eat too many acidic foods, and God has been helping her!

They haven't taken a lot of pics, or haven't sent me a lot, but I will post a few that I have.

~Sarah and Gaby praying at church one Sunday.  It is a custom there to always pray for several minutes before they start their services.~

~Phillip and Sarah running to get some Holiness Books copied.~
~The Special Service~
365 days of having Live services Every Night!
~Pastor Carl Eisenhart greets them via video call during the service.~
~We love Pastor Jimmy, Sis. Farly, Nataly and Gaby.  (And all of our other Dear people there in Colombia.) ~
~Both Pastor Jimmy and Phillip preached a short sermon that evening.~
~Pastor Jimmy's Dear Daddy, Bro. Jaime talking.  We love him and his wife!!~

Due to having to get the Very Important paper work Done while they are there, Phillip and Sarah haven't gotten to go visit the other churches like they wish they could!!
But, in between signing papers, Phillip and Sarah got to go visit the Barbosa church and are preaching there.  The pastor recently was very sick with Covid, but God has touched him and he is better now.

~THE FIRST ANNUAL CHICKEN FESTIVAL!~
One Saturday, Elijah and Mary announced that it had been a year since they purchased their chickens
and started selling eggs.
So, we had a little picnic to celebrate! Complete with Yellow Marshmallow PEEPS. :-) ~

~Our first Sunday, down to just 5 of us.~
~We had a lovely Sunday dinner with the Beckers.~
~Aunt Yoli from Argentina sent me this photo the other day.
It was taken in 2011 or 2012, our first time in Argentina!
Look at how little our babies are!!
Little Abigail wasn't even a twinkle in her Daddy's eye yet. (K-14, S-11, N-8, E-4, M-16 months.) ~
~Tuesdays are our Music lesson days!  We have about 7 music lessons on that day.
We leave around 7:15 AM and spend nearly all day long in Cincy.
On Monday evening we prepare for our lessons, by making breakfast ahead of time, getting all our schoolwork together, getting the kids' music books and instruments ready to go out the door, etc.
One Monday evening, Mary made us a yummy baked oatmeal to bake on Tuesday morning, for our breakfast! She did it all by herself and did a great job!~
~Visiting with their friends in Cincy~
~BANANA SPLITS~
~YAYYY!! I found some fun banana split dishes at Goodwill!
I have wanted some banana split dishes since I sold mine to go to the mission field, back in 2004.
I had fun surprising the kids and making some banana splits for dessert one evening.~

~Spring Decor~
~As for me I know that my Redeemer Lives...~
~The kids found me these thorns last year.
I like to include them as part of my decor, to remember a tiny part
of what Jesus went though for me.~

~Mary did this chalkboard.~
~Since we homeschool, and spend lots of hours in our home, studying, and living....
I love to decorate, to make our home a FUN place to be.~

~Our Front Porch!~
~This is the first year, that I have put a Christmas tree on our front porch.
Since the world seemed Dark...I decided to leave it up a little longer than usual, though I took the inside Christmas decor down weeks ago.
Yesterday, Noah and I finally got the Christmas tree down, and I swept and mopped the front porch and decorated it for ....SPRING!!!
We spend A LOT of time on our front porch,
for that is where we:
~Talk to God Above,
~ Send a lot of our text of Love,
~Receive phone calls, a lot
~Drink coffee or tea (iced or hot)
~Soak in God's Beautiful Country,
~And visit with friends and family!~

~We decided to go and see our Kimberly in NC!
It was so fun to be with her!!!~
~On our Way~
Noah, my great chauffeur-er! :-)

~Kimberly and I did manage to go out for a quick lunch and heart-to-heart~
~We stayed with our dear friends, the Klines.
Since Karen had the AWC choir coming, Kimberly and I helped cooked some of the
meals to help lift her load.
One evening, Kimberly made a yummy stir-fry and this delicious berry cobbler, which she served with vanilla ice cream.~
~Noah and the Kline boys were fascinated with this wheelchair and did wheelies
with it all weekend long. :-D. ~
~Sunday~

~Karen, Heather, Kimberly, Katie, and Heidi~
~Mary and cute little Logan~
~AWC~
Right before their choir service, there was a wreck, and the church lost power!
So here we are standing around outside while they hooked up to a generator.
~Setting up the Christmas program lights hooked to a generator~
~They did a beautiful job and led us in worship as they sang about the Blood
of Jesus and all He has done for you and me!!~
~Feeding the choir afterwards.~
~Silly Mary, Elijah, and Jeremiah.~
~One last ride on the wheelchair.  All of these kids get along so well.
Our kids LOVE to go see Kimberly in NC, so we can also see their friends. :-) ~
~Then we hurried back home to
STUDY,
PRACTICE,
PRAY,
EAT,
CLEAN,
SLEEP,
REPEAT!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED PRAYERS FOR PHILLIP AND SARAH AND US!!

Thanks for your blog posts and photos. I always enjoy them! Glad for God's help to Phillip and Sarah in Columbia, His care over you while they are away, your good trip to NC, etc. Decorating for spring is fun. I love to bring bouquets of flowering things into the house, even if they are simply pretty "weeds"! Right now, I'm enjoying daffodils, henbit, violets, and vinca. How special that the Lord put those banana split dishes in Goodwill for you to see and buy!

Thank you, Dear Ms. Roberta, for your nice comment!! Yes, it is so nice that Jesus has been helping those in Colombia and us here. Those bouquets that come from outside, are so fun!! God is so good to allow us to enjoy his beautiful creation, in every season!! I'm happy that Jesus gave me the banana split dishes. Hugs! :-)
