~Our kids' 2020-2021 school pics, Recording Spanish songs, Visiting Both of our Parents, Mary's Birthday, Carter's Roof, Pray for our trip out West.~

When we started our 2020-2021 School year this year, Both of our Dads became extremely ill!!!!
We did not know if we were going to get to keep them, or if it was their time to go to Heaven. :-(
So, we are just now getting to post our school pics.

~STOP...
AND LOOK WHO STARTED KINDERGARTEN THIS YEAR!!!!
~Abigail~
~Little Abigail's first day of school!
~It is a Joy to teach her!  On her first day, she reached over and grabbed
my hand while I was teaching her.
Sooo Sweet!~
~ Their Lunch table the first day of School.~
~My Sweet friend Janie gave me this fun typewriter.~
~Abigail's front tooth was sitting crooked in her mouth.~
~The very next day she lost that tooth.~
~RECORDING SPANISH SONGS AND II CHRONICLES 7:14~
~Last Week we recorded some Spanish songs for a fellow missionary.
We also recorded II Chronicles 7:14.
Several years back, Jesus gave our friend Freida Wegener a tune to that verse.
Her song will be going on social media soon, before Elections.~

~Lunch Time outside the church in between recording sessions.~
~Dear Bro. Probst is doing a great job with recording!~

~Judah Wegener, Elijah, Mary, and Abigail recording II Chronicles 7:14~
~The Wegeners provided Pizza for our supper.~
~We spent all day Thursday recording songs for Jesus to use for His glory.~

~HELPING AT GRAMP AND GRAM BRYAN'S HOUSE!!~
Years ago, our mission director mentioned that we were in a unique stage in life where we would
need to take extra time to be with and help both
sets of our parents.
He was right!
We were glad we could go over and spend a couple days
with each set of parents.

~VISITING ON THE FRONT PORCH...
Phillip on the Left and my Daddy on the right.~
~Gram's yummy Baked oatmeal breakfast.~
~Phillip working on Daddy's lawnmower. He ordered a new part for it.~
~Sarah helping Gram in the kitchen.~

~We went on a walk with Gram to get some exercise and fresh air.~

~Elijah built a platform at of concrete blocks and the littles had church.~
~Mary making a pie.~
~I made 3 Custard Pumpkin pies.  Yum!~

~Sarah made us a chocolate Chip pie!  Delish!!~
~Saying Goodbye to Gramp and Gram before we drove over to Dad and Mom D.'s house.~
~Daddy is doing better, but still taking it easy due to the new stent that was put in his heart.~
~AT GRANDPA AND GRANDMA'S~
On Saturday night we went over to Dad and Mom Dickinson's house.
~On the way over, Abigail pulled out her 2nd front tooth.
Look who lost her 2 front teeth.~
~Since Dad D. just had knee surgery and cannot get out to church yet,
Sunday AM we listened to Grandpa's church service with him over the phone.~
~The guys listening to the church service.
Dad D. is doing better but still healing from his knee surgery!~
~Then Michael and Beth and their family came for lunch.
We had so much fun laughing and being together.
We don't get to see each other enough.~
~Mom D. made us delicious Green Chili Burritos.~
~Kimberly, Sarah, and Noah playing music on Grandpa's front porch.
They played several hymns and we all sang together.~
~The neighbor let us use his golf cart to take the kids on rides. ~

~Mom D. Found this apple cake recipe, so I made it for our supper!
It is a lot of work, but is DELICIOUS!!!

~The next day, Grandpa and Kimberly made us a yummy breakfast.~
~MARY TURNS 10!!~
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAR MARY!
~I found this fun pic on FB from when she turned 5.~
~And here she is with Uncle Charlie from Argentina.~
~Mary's sweet cousin Darla called to wish her a Happy Birthday!
Mary's Dear cousin Heidi called her as well, but sadly we didn't get to get a pic of her.~
~My Sweet friend Susanna H. was in town.
We haven't seen each other in forever so we met up for a quick coffee, hug, and Heart to Heart.~

~Abigail, Kimberly, and Mary all wearing fox sweaters.~
~Since we were in Cinci having music lessons ALL DAY LONG on Mary's Birthday, we hurried home and served this little snack for her before we went to bed.  And then she opened her gifts the next day.~

~Mary's favorite color is purple.  Walmart didn't have any purple cupcakes,
so we bought sprinkles and purple sugar and made them purple. :-) ~

~Daddy reading the girls a story.~
I made cappuccino muffins for our brunch the next morning.~

~Mary opening her gifts, a day late.
(Due to having 8 music lessons in Cincinnati on her birthday.)~
~Sweet Uncle Daryl, Aunt Laura and family gave Mary this pic as part of her fun birthday gift!~
~A year ago, Mary was privileged to get to be the flower girl in Natasha and Lucas' wedding.~
~Mary and her cousin Natasha.
I love this beautiful pic of them!!
Mary LOVES Natasha!!!~
~Sometime ago, Warren and Megan gave us a gift card to Olive Garden for helping with
their wedding on Jan. 4th.
But, then Covid Hit, and we also are rarely in Cinci as a family.
(On Tuesdays, when we are in Cincinnati for 8 music lessons, Daddy normally stays home.)
So, we decided to go use our gift card for Mary's birthday.~
~Olive Garden gave her a FREE dessert (Gratis)!~

~It was fun to have Joshua with us.~

~Uncle Randy and Mary are Birthday Buddies, since they share the same birthday.
So they gave each other gifts.~
~Mary got loaded up with A Starbucks gift card, Purple slime, and A gallon of Dill Pickles. :-)
She gave U. Randy a $10 Starbucks gift card, and a couple Reeses candy bars.~
~Helping the Carters get a new roof!~
Today, Phillip, Noah, and Elijah
joined a team of our men from our church
who helped repair and re-roof the Carter's house!

~The kids also enjoyed playing in the sandbox. :-) ~
~At the end of the day...
Looking Really Good!!!
Praise the Lord!!
Sooo Happy for the Carters!!!!  :-)
~I'm Sooo Glad it is FALL!  I love FALL!~

PLEASE PRAY!
Our family has been asked to sing for the Gospel Center Camp in Phoenix, AZ,
November 17th-November 22nd.
We have also been asked to do the missionary service
there during camp.
This is Phillip's Home church where he grew up.
And it is the church where he was pastor for 5 years before God called us to be missionaries.
We are looking forward to being back with these
dear people whom we love.
We are also scheduling some missionary deputation services
out West around the
middle of October through the middle of November.
Could you please PRAY for our family as we do this
Western Deputation and as we sing
and do the missionary service for Gospel Center Camp?!
THANK YOU!!!
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
LET'S KEEP PRAYING FOR OUR COUNTRY!!!!
MAY WE HUMBLE OURSELVES,
SEEK HIS FACE,
AND TURN FROM OUR WICKED WAYS....
THEN HE WILL HEAR FROM HEAVEN
AND FORGIVE OUR SIN,
AND WILL HEAL OUR LAND!!!
(as stated in II Chronicles 7:14
