~Phillip and I as we headed out the door!~
~I got to the hospital at 8:30 AM, they started inducing me at 10:00 AM, I got an epidural at 1:30 PM, they broke my water at 3:00 PM, and she was born at 5:12 PM! Has anyone told you that epidurals are the BEST THING since fried ice cream? After having my last 3 without any pain meds, this birth seemed like a "piece of cake!" =D She weighed in at 8 lbs 3.9 oz, 21 inches long, head full of dark hair, and her name is:
Mary Grace Dickinson!~
~Both Baby and Mommy are doing well!! We praise the Lord for His help and protection! Thank you for your concern and prayers!~
~We are sooooooo BLESSED!!! Our other 4 children LOVE their baby sister! More pics to come later!~

Well, I hate to admit this, right out in public and all; then too, I know I'm a prejudiced grandmother and all, but that little Mary Grace is ADORABLY CUTE!
ReplyDeleteIn the bottom picture she reminds me somewhat of how Kimberly looked when she was newborn. In the picture with the pink cap, she reminds me just a tiny bit of Elijah, and then in about 3 of the pictures, I see a resemblance to how Phillip looked when he was a baby.
What if you hadn't had this beautiful girl! She is different than each of your other children, and whoever would have dreamed she would look like she does. She is the cutest little unique soul!
And, I'm so glad you made it safely through this delivery, Heather.

Well, that's nice! There are only two pictures of Mary's face, and I said I saw a resemblance of Phillip in three of the pictures. Apparently, I'm seeing things! Ha!
